Job Description
Mō te tūranga | About the Role
This is the perfect role for someone with solid administration and customer service experience.
As our one of our Administrators, you’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team who are responsible for co-ordinating enquires from external and internal customers. Tasks range from general administration, invoicing, and resolving customer queries to dispatching faults to our teams in the field.
This role does require the successful candidate to participate in customer call taking and our afterhours faults dispatch roster.

We are looking for someone who:
✅ has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or administration role
✅ displays excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
✅ has great documentation skills and attention to detail
✅ is calm under pressure
✅ is a confident communicator and
✅ can multitask and prioritise work according to timeframes
Bonus if you have:
• Experience or interest in the utilities or energy sectors
• Experience in CRM systems and the Microsoft suite
